Exxon restarts gofiner at Baytown refinery-filing

HOUSTON, Oct 17 (BestGrowthStock) – Exxon Mobil Corp (XOM.N: ) began
restarting Gofiner No. 1 at its 572,500 barrel per day (bpd)
Baytown, Texas, refinery on Friday, according to a notice filed
on Saturday with Texas pollution regulators.

The unit removes sulfur from feedstock from a
gasoline-producing fluidic catalytic cracking unit at the
refinery.

Exxon’s Baytown refinery is the nation’s largest refinery.
