Moody’s downgrades the rating of Nokia to Ba3 with a negative outlook

The risk rating agency Moody’s downgraded today assigned the note to the Finnish mobile phone company Nokia to Ba3, negative outlook, due to the increase in its quarterly loss.

Moody’s downgraded the rating to Ba3 from Ba1 to Nokia.

On Friday, Fitch downgraded the rating of the giant today Finnish mobile telephony, to “BB-” from “BB +” for its inability to stem the decline in revenue and increase its operating margin.

Both rezoning downward following the statement presented last Thursday, on the second half, clearly negative.

Nokia announced on Sunday that in the second quarter of 2012 its net loss tripled year on year up to 1.529 million euros.

In addition, gross losses between April and June rose from 544 million euros in the same period a year ago to 878 million today.
