Apple achieves an order against the sale of Galaxy Tab 10.1 in the EU

Best Growth Stock – Apple has secured an order from a German court to temporarily prevent the distribution of the last tablet from Samsung, the Galaxy Tab 10.1, the European Union, Efe reported the South Korean company sources.

“Samsung is disappointed with the decision of the court (German) and try to act immediately to protect our intellectual property rights,” said a spokesman for the South Korean company.

A court in Düsseldorf (Germany) has given reason to Apple to issue a temporary injunction against the distribution of the new electronic device for your competitor in the European Union except the Netherlands.

Samsung presented the Tab 10.1 last month in Seoul to await launch worldwide in October.

German court’s order is the first legal setback for Samsung, immersed in a cross-complaint with the company of Steve Jobs.
