KAMPALA (BestGrowthStock) – At least 28 Ugandans were killed in twin bomb attacks in their capital on Sunday night that also killed an Irish woman, and 11 Ethiopians and Eritreans, a government spokesman said on Monday.

“I can confirm that one Irish lady died in the blast at Kabalagala,” said Fred Opolot.
