Brazil’s Rousseff holds lead in Vox Populi poll

BRASILIA, Oct 30 (BestGrowthStock) – Brazilian ruling party
candidate Dilma Rousseff maintained her lead over opposition
challenger Jose Serra ahead of a presidential runoff vote on
Sunday, an opinion poll showed on Saturday.

Rousseff had 51 percent of voter support in the survey by
polling firm Vox Populi, compared with Serra’s 39 percent.

The last Vox Populi poll on Oct. 25 showed Rousseff with 49
percent and Serra with 38 percent.

The latest poll, commissioned by the Internet site iG,
surveyed 3,000 people on Oct. 30 and had a margin of error of
1.8 percentage points.
