CANADA STOCKS-TSX closes higher on GDP data, commodities

TORONTO, May 31 (BestGrowthStock) – Toronto’s main stock index
closed higher on Monday as firm commodity prices and robust
first-quarter GDP data underpinned market confidence.

The Toronto Stock Exchange’s S&P/TSX composite index
(.GSPTSE: ) unofficially closed up 61.36 points, or 0.53 percent,
at 11,732.80.
