TORONTO, March 28 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index fell on Monday as weak energy and gold mining stocks, pressured by softer commodity prices, offset otherwise broad gains.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index (.GSPTSE: Quote, Profile, Research) slipped 2.85 points to 14,036.54 at the open.
