Climate Change (UNFCCC) meeting (to April 11). This is an extra
meeting of negotiators from 194 nations to discuss technical
details of implementing the Kyoto Protocol after falling short
at a summit in Copenhagen in December 2009.-

WASHINGTON- U.S. President Barack Obama hosts a summit bringing
together representatives from as many as 43 countries to help
