Dollar trims gains vs euro after U.S. GDP data

NEW YORK, Oct 29 (BestGrowthStock) – The U.S. dollar trimmed gains
versus the euro and extended declines against the yen on Friday
after the release of U.S. third-quarter economic growth data.

Gross domestic product expanded at a 2.0 percent annual
rate as expected in the third quarter, the Commerce Department

The euro (EUR=: ) rose as high as $1.3891 after the data,
compared with $1.3856 earlier. It was last down 0.3 percent at
$1.3883.

The dollar fell to 80.66 yen (JPY=: ), down 0.5 percent on
the day, from 80.78 yen before the data.
