EU exec sees Eurogroup mandate for Portuguese bailout talks

GODOLLO, Hungary, April 8 (Reuters) – The European
Commission has received an official Portuguese request for
financial aid and expects euro zone finance ministers to give it
a mandate on Friday to start negotiations with Lisbon, Economic
and Monetary Affairs Commissioner Olli Rehn said.
