European shares turn positive; banks extend gains

LONDON, Nov 8 (BestGrowthStock) – European equities turned positive
on Monday after financial shares extended early gains, with
Deutsche Bank AG (DBKGn.DE: ) rising 1.1 percent after it said it
had received several offers for BHF Bank.

At 0825 GMT, the FTSEurofirst 300 (.FTEU3: ) index of top
European shares was up 0.1 percent at 1,112.71 points, after
falling to a low of 1,109.32 earlier in the session and closing
at its highest level since mid-April on Friday.
