Fannie Mae sells $3.5 bln new 3-year notes

NEW YORK, May 19 (BestGrowthStock) – Fannie Mae (FNM.N: ), the
largest U.S. home funding provider, said on Wednesday it sold
$3.5 billion of new three-year benchmark notes to yield 27
basis points more than comparable Treasuries.

The 1.25 percent notes, due June 26, 2013 were priced at
99.982 to yield 1.506 percent.

Barclays, Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan were joint lead
managers of the sale.

Settlement is May 21.
