Freddie Mac sells $5 bln 2-year notes-IFR

NEW YORK, Oct 20 (BestGrowthStock) – Freddie Mac (FMCC.OB: ), the No.
2 U.S. home funding company, on Wednesday sold $5 billion of
new two-year reference notes, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters
service.

The notes, which are due Nov. 30, 2012, were priced at 12.5
basis points over comparable U.S. Treasuries.

The company hired UBS Investment, Goldman Sachs and
Deutsche Bank as joint lead managers.

Settlement is Oct. 22.
