Goldman Sachs sells $3 bln of debt in 2 parts – IFR

NEW YORK, July 21 (BestGrowthStock) – Goldman Sachs (GS.N: ) on
Wednesday sold $3 billion of debt in two parts, said IFR, a
Thomson Reuters service.

The sale consisted of $2.25 billion of new five-year notes
priced at 99.882 to yield 205 basis points more than comparable
U.S. Treasuries.

The company also added $750 million in a reopening of
existing 10-year notes priced to yield 230 basis point over
Treasuries.

Stock Market Money

Goldman Sachs was the sole lead manager of the sale,
according to IFR.
