Greece mulls T-bill issue in July- market source

ATHENS, May 25 (BestGrowthStock) – Greece may tap markets in July
with a T-bill issue to repay billions of euros of maturing
short-term government paper, its first foray since April, a
market source said on Tuesday.

“Greece is considering borrowing from markets in July, if
market conditions allow. The amount will be around the sums of
maturing T-bills,” the source, who is close to the process, told
Reuters.

A total of 4.56 billion euros ($5.56 billion) of T-bills
mature in July — 2.16 billion euros of one-year and six-month
government paper comes due July 16 and another 2.4 billion of
13-week T-bills on July 23.
