Grenades wound soldiers, Canadian reporter in Bangkok

BANGKOK (BestGrowthStock) – Three grenades exploded close to the main protest camp in Bangkok on Wednesday, badly wounding at least two soldiers and one Canadian journalist, minutes after a protest leader offered to surrender, a Reuters witness said.

The Thai army said it had gained partial control of the protest encampment in Bangkok in an operation that killed at least four people and wounded at least 50.
