Honda says 2 China car plants still halted Thursday

TOKYO, June 9 (BestGrowthStock) – Honda Motor Co (7267.T: ) said
production at two of its four Chinese car factories would remain
suspended on Thursday due to a shortage of parts from a
strike-hit supplier majority held by unit Yutaka Giken (7229.Q: ).

Japan’s No.2 automaker was forced to cancel production on
Wednesday at both factories operated by Guangqi Honda, a 50-50
joint venture between Honda and Guangzhou Automobile, which
makes the Accord, Odyssey, City and Fit models.
