Japan April monetary base up +2.9 pct yr/yr – BOJ

TOKYO, May 7 (BestGrowthStock) – Japan’s monetary base rose 2.9
percent in April from a year earlier, Bank of Japan data showed
on Friday.

Current account deposits at the central bank grew 14.6
percent, after increasing 13.0 percent in March.

column showing seasonally adjusted month-on-month change in
