Japan Kan: G7 may debate yuan, U.S. bank regulation

TOKYO, Feb 2 (BestGrowthStock) – The Chinese yuan may be discussed
among other topics when Group of Seven finance leaders meet this
weekend in Iqaluit, Canada, Japan’s finance minister said on
Tuesday.

“Stable Chinese economic growth is desirable not just for
China but for Japan,” Naoto Kan told a news conference.

Kan will attend the G7 meeting, to be held on Friday and
Saturday, with Bank of Japan Governor Masaaki Shirakawa.
