Japan March industrial output revised up sharply

TOKYO, May 19 (BestGrowthStock) – Japan’s industrial output rose 1.2
percent in March, revised data showed on Wednesday, confirming
output remains on an uptrend on the back of solid exports to
Asia.

The figure compared with an initial reading of a 0.3 percent
rise and a 0.6 percent fall in February.

The capacity utilisation index rose 0.6 percent in March from
a month earlier to 90.6.
