March 4 (Reuters) – The following financial services

BANK OF AMERICA-MERRILL LYNCH

The bank’s global capital markets head in India is leaving
to join a private equity firm, two sources with direct knowledge
of the development told Reuters.

MF GLOBAL

The broker-dealer appointed Richard Moore as regional CEO
and managing director of Europe. Moore joins from Citigroup
where he was head of fixed income, Europe, the Middle East
and Africa.

MSCI

The investment decision support tools provider appointed
Kurt Winkelmann as managing director and head of risk &
analytical research. He was previously a managing director at
Goldman Sachs Asset Management.

CIBC

The bank appointed Sean Mullen as director, fixed income
trading based in New York effective March 7. He joins from the
New York office of a large Canadian bank.

Barclays Capital

The investment bank said Martin Attea will be re-joining as
a senior originator of consumer securitization transactions in
its securitized products origination group. Attea is currently
an executive director at Morgan Stanley .

HedgeDirector

The provider of independent directors to the alternative
investment industry named Robert Meschi as a member of its team
of independent hedge fund directors.

Winston & Strawn LLP

The law firm said Anthony DiResta has joined its
advertising, marketing, and entertainment law practice in
Washington D.C. as a partner. He joins Winston from Manatt,
Phelps & Phillips LLP.
