in India, according to a memo obtained by Reuters, the latest

BEA UNION INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT LTD

The asset management company named Ray Chan as head of
retail business, Greater China, with immediate effect. Chan
joins from Allianz Global Investors.

DUBAI FINANCIAL MARKET (DFM.DU: )

The exchange operator appointed Abdul Jalil Yousuf as its
chairman, the company said in a statement on Sunday. Former
Executive Chairman Essa Kazim has been named its chief
executive officer, with the company splitting the executive and
chairman roles to comply with market regulations.

The banking and financial services company named Julian
Cheong as head of banking for South East Asia. Cheong joins
from Goldman Sachs (GS.N: ), and will be based in Singapore.

CITIGROUP (C.N: )

The global financial services company named Sunil Nair as
head of its private equity business in India. Nair, managing
director and head of Citi Venture Capital International’s
investment activities in Central/Eastern Europe, Middle East
and Africa, will assume additional charge of India with
immediate effect.
