New Issue-Apache Corp sells $1 bln debt in two parts

Nov 30 (BestGrowthStock) – Apache Corp (APA.N: ) on Tuesday sold $1 billion of notes in two parts, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.

Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, RBS, Mitsubishi UFJ Securities, RBC, and UBS were
the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
