New Issue-Campbell Soup sells $500 mln notes

 March 31 (Reuters) - Campbell Soup Co (CPB.N: Quote, Profile, Research) on Thursday
sold $500 million of senior unsecured notes, said IFR, a
Thomson Reuters service.
 Morgan Stanley, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and UBS were
the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
