New Issue-JP Morgan sells $2.9 bln notes in two parts

July 15 (BestGrowthStock) – JPMorgan Chase (JPM.N: ) on Thursday sold
$2.9 billion of notes in two parts, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters
service.

The sale included $400 million in a reopening of five-year
notes originally priced on June 17, 2010, and $2.5 billion of
new 10-year notes.

JP Morgan was the sole bookrunning manager for the sale.
