New Issue-Oracle Corp sells $3.25 bln notes in 2-parts

July 12 (BestGrowthStock) – Oracle Corp (ORCL.O: ) on Monday sold
$3.25 billion of notes in the 144a private placement market,
said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch, BNP Paribas and JP Morgan
were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
