Obama offers Russia U.S. help over subway blasts

WASHINGTON (BestGrowthStock) – President Barack Obama called his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev on Monday to personally convey America’s sympathy over a devastating subway blast in Moscow and offered U.S. assistance, the White House said.

“President Obama said that the United States was ready to cooperate with Russia to help bring to justice those who undertook this attack,” the White House said in a statement.
