Obama to propose two-year federal worker pay freeze

WASHINGTON, Nov 29 (BestGrowthStock) – U.S. President Barack Obama
on Monday will propose freezing the pay of federal workers for
two years, the White House said.

The freeze, which would only apply to civilian employees,
would save $2 billion in the current 2011 fiscal year, $28
billion over the next five years, and more than $60 billion
over 10 years, according to the administration.
