Possible evacuations if Earl track shifts west-FEMA

MIAMI, Aug 31 (BestGrowthStock) – Any sudden deviation to the west
in the forecast track of Hurricane Earl parallel to the U.S.
eastern seaboard in coming days could prompt coastal
evacuations, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)
Administrator Craig Fugate said on Tuesday.

Fugate said the primary risk from Earl if it suddenly
changed course westwards would be from storm surge on the
shoreline.
