PREVIEW-Mexico seen posting April trade deficit

WHEN: Monday, May 24, at 9 a.m. (1400 GMT)

REUTERS FORECAST: Median is a deficit of $71.3 million,
according to a forecast of 11 analysts surveyed, with a range
from a deficit of $300 million to a surplus of $379 million.

FACTORS TO WATCH: Recent peso volatility was one factor
that left analysts with varying expectations for the trade
balance. As the economy has recovered, imports could have grown
at a quicker pace than exports, possibly due to higher consumer
demand or rising orders of industrial components.
