Romania’s government survived a no-confidence vote over
IMF-backed wage reforms as expected on Thursday, paving the way

DEMAND STRONG, YIELD UP AT ROMANIA 5-YR DEBT SALE

Romania sold more debt than planned at its first successful
five-year bond tender since it ditched a yield cap last month,
drawing strong demand at market prices as investors rewarded the

WEALTH TAX

The government is considering introducing a wealth tax,
