S.Korea March avg daily exports edge down vs Feb

SEOUL, April 1 (BestGrowthStock) – South Korea’s average exports
value per working day fell to $1.57 billion in March from $1.62
billion in February, although it still stood much higher than the
levels seen last year, government data showed on Thursday.

The Ministry of Knowledge Economy data also showed exports to
the country’s largest market, China, rose 47.5 percent for the
first 20 days of March over the same year-ago period after
posting a 37.7 percent gain in the Feb. 1-20 period.

Exports to the United States rose 30.4 percent for the March
1-20 period over a year earlier after a 13.5 percent annual gain
in the first 20 days of February.
