Singapore Nikkei futures rise 0.1 percent

TOKYO (BestGrowthStock) – Nikkei futures traded in Singapore rose 0.1 percent after starting flat on Monday, helped by gains in U.S. stocks (Read more about the stock market today. ) and a slightly weaker yen, with market players saying the Japanese government’s loss in Sunday’s upper house election had been largely priced in.

Nikkei futures traded in Chicago closed at 9,640, up 0.6 percent from the Osaka close.
