ZURICH, April 6 (Reuters) – Swiss stocks are set to open
firmer on Wednesday, in line with markets across Europe, as
investors turn more optimistic about economic growth.

The Swiss blue-chip index SMI (.SSMI: Quote, Profile, Research) was indicated to rise
19 points to 6,452 points, premarket data provided by bank

affect Swiss stocks on Wednesday:

Transocean Ltd said on Tuesday that its senior managers are
donating their 2010 safety bonuses to a memorial fund to help
the families of the 11 workers killed in the explosion of its
