Telus Corp sells C$1 bln 10-yr notes – term sheet

NEW YORK, July 20 (BestGrowthStock) – Telus Corp (T.TO: ) (TU.N: ) on
Tuesday priced C$1 billion ($952 million) of 10-year notes,
according to a term sheet seen by Reuters.

The 5.05 percent notes, due July 23, 2020, were priced at
99.744 to yield 5.083 percent or 189.3 basis points over the
Canadian government benchmark.

The notes were sold through the investment dealer arms of
Bank of Nova Scotia and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce,
according to the term sheet.
