The World Bank (IBRD) launches $3.5 bln notes-IFR

NEW YORK, April 20 (BestGrowthStock) – The World Bank (IBRD)
launched $3.5 billion of three-year global notes, with pricing
expected later on Tuesday, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters
service.

The notes will mature on July 15, 2013 and are expected to
yield 25 basis points over comparable U.S. Treasuries,
according to IFR.

The joint lead managers on the sale are Deutsche Bank, JP
Morgan, Morgan Stanley and RBS.
