TOKYO, Feb 19 (BestGrowthStock) – Japan’s TonenGeneral Sekiyu
(5012.T: ) is planning to shut the three crude distillation units
(CDUs) at its 335,000 barrels-per-day (bpd) Kawasaki refinery
for a one month turnaround from May, industry sources said on
Friday.
The refinery located in Eastern Japan is the country’s
second biggest.
TonenGeneral, Japan’s second-biggest oil refiner, is part of
the Exxon Mobil (XOM.N: ) group.
An Exxon Mobil Japan spokesman declined to comment, saying
that the oil firm does not announce its scheduled maintenance
plans.
