TREASURIES-Intermediate debt prices turn positive

NEW YORK, Oct 13 (BestGrowthStock) – Prices on U.S. medium-maturity
Treasuries rose in mid-afternoon trading on Wednesday, erasing
earlier losses tied to a lukewarm 10-year debt auction and
gains on Wall Street.

Five-year notes (US5YT=RR: ) last traded up 2/32 in price,
wiping out an earlier 6/32 loss. Their yield which moves
inversely to their price was 1.12 percent, down 2 basis points
from late Tuesday.

Seven-year Treasuries (US7YT=RR: ) were last up 4/32 for a
yield of 1.76 percent after posting an earlier 8/32 loss for a
yield of 1.82 percent.
