TREASURIES-Prices rise after Q3 GDP data weaker than expected

NEW YORK, Oct 29 (BestGrowthStock) – The prices of U.S. Treasury
securities rose on Friday after components in an advance
reading of the U.S. gross domestic product for the third
quarter came in weaker than expected.

The benchmark 10-year Treasury note (US10YT=RR: ) grew 4/32
in price to yield 2.65 percent, down from 2.66 percent late on
Thursday. The 30-year Treasury bond (US30YT=RR: ) added 16/32 to
yield 4.02 percent, down from 4.05 percent at Thursday’s
close.
