Treasury working on corporate tax reform plan-Geithner

WASHINGTON, April 5 (Reuters) – U.S. Treasury Secretary
Timothy Geithner said on Tuesday the administration is working
on a comprehensive proposal for corporate tax reform.

Geithner said he was optimistic that the proposal will be
pro-investment and “revenue neutral,” so that a tax rate cut
will have to be offset by new revenue.
