UPDATE 1-Brazil to complain of Fed decision at G20 meeting

(updates with Mantega quotes, paragraphs 3-4)

BRASILIA, Nov 4 (BestGrowthStock) – Brazil will use the upcoming
G20 meeting as a forum to complain about the Federal Reserve’s
decision to print billions of dollars to bolster the U.S.
economy, Brazilian Finance Minister Guido Mantega said on
Thursday.

Mantega told reporters the Fed’s decision on Wednesday
could aggravate imbalances in the global economy.

“Everybody wants the U.S. economy to recover, but it does
no good at all to just throw dollars from a helicopter,”
Mantega said. “You have to combine that with fiscal policy. You
have to stimulate consumption,” he said.
