QUITO, May 6 (BestGrowthStock) – Ecuador’s inflation for April
slowed to 0.52 percent, compared with 0.65 percent in the same
month a year ago, the country’s statistics agency said on
Thursday.

The government has set an inflation target of 3.35 percent
for the year, with growth expected at 6.81 percent for 2010, an
expansion some analysts say is unrealistic.
