LONDON, Feb 5 (BestGrowthStock) – Ithaca Energy Inc (IAE.L: )(IAE.V: )
said the rise in production potential from the Beatrice Bravo
facility in the UK North Sea has exceeded its expectations
following the completion of a well intervention programme.

The potential has increased by about 1,500 barrels of oil
per day (bopd), 750 bopd net to Ithaca, beating the company’s
target of 500 bopd.

However, it said it is too early to establish a reliable
longer-term production forecast and so has retained the overall
target of 5,100 bopd net average production for 2010.

Its 50:50 joint venture partner in the Beatrice Field,
including Beatrice Bravo, is Dyas UK Ltd.
