CITIGROUP (C.N: )

Citi Private Bank Law Firm Group said it hired Gretta
Rusanow as a director and senior client advisor in New York.
Rusanow was previously the founder and chief executive of Curve
Consulting.

SIMPLE ALTERNATIVES

Simple Alternatives, a mutual fund provider, said it hired
Josh Kernan, former director of alternative investments and
managed accounts at Charles Schwab Corp (SCHW.N: ), as a partner.
Simple Alternatives is based in New Canaan, Connecticut.

MIZUHO FINANCIAL GROUP (8411.T: )

Mizuho International said it had hired five people to its
equity sales and trading business in London. The hires are John
McIntyre and Philip Monk, from Citigroup; Peter Hale, from
Jefferies (JEF.N: ); Jonathan Allum, from KBC FP; and Chris
Clarke, from Sungard Astec Analytics. McIntyre and Hale join as
executive directors, while Allum, Monk and Clarke will be
directors.

CB RICHARD ELLIS GROUP (CBG.N: )

CBRE said it had hired three people for its property and
asset management team in Britain. Richard Williams joins as an
executive director from NB Real Estate; Jane Wynne, previously
at Quinlan and at Donaldsons, joins as a senior director; and
Greg Hunt joins as an associate director from Jones Lang
LaSalle.

CREDIT SUISSE (CSGN.VX: )

The firm said it had appointed Steven Hellman as chief
executive director overseeing private capital, asset management
and investment banking business in Russia and CIS.

U.S.TRUST

Bank of America’s (BAC.N: ) private wealth management unit
has appointed 10 senior wealth management experts in key
offices in the West and Southwest, including Susanna Yao and
Melody Hom, who have been named private client managers in San
Francisco. Yao joins U.S. Trust from Citigroup and Hom joins
from Wells Fargo’s (WFC.N: ) private banking wealth management
group.
