SOCIETE GENERALE CROSS ASSET RESEARCH

The financial services group announced the hiring of three
employees on its global research economics team. They were
Michala Marcussen, Alejandro Cuadrado and Takuji Okubo.

Marcussen will be global head of economics. Cuadrado will
be economist for Latin America. Okubo will be chief economist
for Japan.

SATURNA INVESTMENT TRUST

The fund company announced that Ronald Fielding has joined
its board of trustees. Fielding is a former Oppenheimer Funds
senior vice president and portfolio manager.

BUTZEL LONG

The law firm announced that four attorneys have been named
shareholders in the firm. The attorneys are Zvi Hahn, Louis
Theros, William J. Kohler and Robert Sidorsky.

JENSEN INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT

The firm said Chairman Robert Millen will retire during the
first quarter of 2011. His responsibilities will be divided
among senior team members, including portfolio managers Rob
McIver and Robert Zagunis. Eric Schoenstein will assume some of
Millen’s client relationships as he transitions to a portfolio
manager role while retaining significant research
responsibilities.

TA ASSOCIATES

The private equity firm announced seven promotions of staff
members, including Jennifer Mulloy, who was promoted to
managing director from director. Mulloy works in TA’s Menlo
Park office, focusing on investments in health care, business
services and consumer companies.

EMERGENT ASSET MANAGEMENT LTD

The investment management firm announced the appointment of
Kevin Nealis as chief operations officer. Nealis joins from
Deutsche Bank (DBKGn.DE: ), where he was global head of TMG
global prime finance division and European head of TMG
equities.

CLOSE ASSET MANAGEMENT

The company appointed Paul Chambers as chief financial
officer of its asset management division.

XCHANGING INS-SURE SERVICES

The provider of insurance processing services announced the
appointment of Ewen Gilmour as a nonexecutive director. Gilmour
will represent the Lloyd’s Market Association on the company’s
board. Gilmour most recently served as CEO and managing
director of Chaucer Holdings Plc (CHU.L: ).

EARTH CAPITAL PARTNERS LLP

The advisory firm announced the appointment of Bosworth
Monck as head of sustainable agriculture and forestry
investment, along with Gabriel Montana and Richard Smith as
partners for its new sustainable agriculture team. All three
were working for IBIS Asset Management Ltd, before joining the
firm.
