US STOCKS SNAPSHOT-Wall St opens higher on dlr weakness

NEW YORK, Oct 25 (BestGrowthStock) – Wall Street opened higher on
Monday as the U.S. dollar fell after a meeting of the Group of
20 stopped short of setting targets to reduce trade
imbalances.

The Dow Jones industrial average (.DJI: ) was up 57.75
points, or 0.52 percent, at 11,190.31. The Standard & Poor’s
500 Index (.SPX: ) was up 8.51 points, or 0.72 percent, at
1,191.59. The Nasdaq Composite Index (.IXIC: ) was up 15.92
points, or 0.64 percent, at 2,495.31.
